Interior Designer - Kennebunk
We are a dynamic, award-winning, luxury interior design firm with 25+ years in the business with a new satellite office in Kennebunk Maine. We are seeking a creative and passionate interior designer to join our team and lead our Maine design projects. Applicants must have artistic vision, along with exceptional technical expertise, and a strong work ethic.
For this full-time role, applicants must be able to commute to Boston office 1-2 days a week for training, with remaining days remote, position will segue into Kennebunk in-studio beginning May 1st.
As an Interior Designer you will:
- Lead and contribute to creative projects
- Report to Principal
Requirements for the position include:
- 5+ years experience working as an interior designer
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Strong SketchUp skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe suite
- Proficient with Excel
- Preferred knowledge of Design Manager
- Excellent work ethic and passion for design
- Proven project leadership and proven experience with subcontractors
- Experience with millwork shop drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel to local job sites for meetings
- Self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
